Razer Silver Redemption Error: Insufficient balance despite having enough Silver

I am currently trying to redeem the Razer Barracuda X Chroma, which costs 130,000 Razer Silver. My current account balance is 176,487 Razer Silver, which is clearly sufficient for this transaction.

However, when I proceed with the redemption, the system blocks the process and displays the following error message:
"We are unable to add your reward to cart as you have insufficient Razer Silver balance."

Could you please look into this issue and help me resolve it so I can complete my redemption?
