I tried to redeem a 100k worth Razer Silver but there're no item can be redeemed or it's cannot not be redeemed due to some issues, it's redirected to a homepage and response nothing. Then, my Razer Silver was expired.
I sent you a ticket on 31 Dec 2023. After 12 days, Razer Gold Support inform me to reach customercare-th@razer.com. Then, I sent an email to customercare-th@razer.com on 13 Jan 2024 and no response.
So, I sent a second ticket to you on 26 Jan 2024 that noone response to my email. Then your support inform me on 29 Jan 2024 to reach customercare-th@razer.com again.
Eventually, I asked to Razer Gold official Facebook fanpage, They told me that this case is not thier responsibility and told me to send a ticket via a ticket. So, I sent you a third ticket in 30 Jan 2024. Razer Gold Support still inform me to reach customercare-th@razer.com again.
What I have to do next?
