razer siren emote not working right

i bought the siren emote yesterday and the synapse app regconizes it but when i try to edit the emote part of the siren emote the streamer companien app dosent regconizes it. no im not a streamer and im not planning on being one i just want it to show a funny 8x8 pixel gif in the background. the mic it self works well the emote part dosent tho

Thank you for your recent purchase. To fix the Seiren Emote not being recognized by the Streamer Companion App while in Synapse, try enabling "App Control" within Synapse or reinstalling the Chroma Connect module. The app requires strict 8x8 GIF resolution for custom animations; ensure your file is exactly 8x8 pixels and uploaded via the "Editor" tab.
