razer siren v3 chroma not working. (no input audio and not showing up as an sudio device in windows)

when i got the razer siren v3 chroma i didnt work so i uninstalled razer synapse and redowloaded it. i seemed to have the wrong version because i didnt update it ever since i used my blackshark v2 pros (which work fine with synapse and i never had any problems with.) the i played some games and it was working great! but then as i was playing counterstike all of the sudden it stopped working. i dont think it was a hardware issue since it was picking up sound on the audio meter and the peaking indicator, but wouldnt show any output in razer synapse or show up on the windows audio deice configuration.
