HAD PROBLEM WITH SYNAPSE SINCE DAY 1. installed on 2020
My specs:
MOBO: ASRock Z77 Extreme4-M CPU: Intel Core i5 2500k OC 4.3Ghz DISSIPATORE: Noctua NH-U9B SE2 RAM: HyperX Savage 4x4Gb 1600 mhz DDR3 GPU: ASUS STRIX 1060 6Gb SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 500 Gb PSU: Corsair TX850 V2 850W MONITOR: EIZO FS2333 Full HD 23"
Already reinstall all my fking WIN 10 64bit HOME Ediction.
had no problem for a month now again freeze everything when i start a gpu related stuff or when win start.
MY PC is UPdated / Firewall exception already added for cortex/synapse
I CANT UNISTALL OR ACCESS TO SYNAPSE/CORTEX.
no other software can unistall/fix.
OTHER OPTION BESIDE BUY A LOGITECH MOUSE????

If you haven't, please perform the steps provided by this link. Make sure that your anti-virus or firewall is not blocking any Razer-related files or apps.
