Razer software causing Windows 11 explorer to constantly crash

I have a Razer keyboard, mouse and headphones. Today I went to use my machine and no taskbar in Windows 11 24H2 after login. Every minute explorer crashes and the screen goes black and restarts. If I’m patient enough I can get task manager open and kill all Razer software, then I can start an explorer process without it crashing.

I’m uninstalling all Razer software now. There was an update the other day from Razer (seems to update more than Windows) and it tanked my system. Pretty disappointing that more quality testing wasn’t done. Searching google this seem to be a regular issue.

Should I bother to reinstall any Razer software or save myself from the aggravation? Which software is essential just to run the peripherals and not inject buggy code into the shell?

Hello there,

Guys I am having a similar issue upon the latest update you made. My Razer Synapse will not open under any circumstance, I have tried reinstalling it with not luck. Please help us to get a fix for it as it stops us to use your Razer products smoothly.

This is the information I got about it so far, hope it helps.

Looking forward to a resolution! :D
