I'm experiencing a recurring issue where Razer Cortex and/or Synapse randomly causes all of my USB peripherals to disconnect. This includes my keyboard, mouse, headset, and even devices connected through powered USB hubs. Once this happens, none of the devices respond, and unplugging/replugging them does nothing the only way to get them working again is to fully restart my PC.
This issue seems to occur at random while either Cortex or Synapse or both is running, and it affects both Razer and non Razer hardware. I’ve already tried disabling USB selective suspend, updating all drivers and firmware, and even limiting the number of connected USB devices, but the problem keeps happening. The only thing that temporarily stops it is completely uninstalling Razer’s software, which isn’t a viable solution since I use it to manage my devices. This is clearly a software level conflict, and I’ve seen other users report similar problems. Please fix this or provide a solution, thank you.
