I am at the 7th pair of headphones (first 6 changed on warranty) and still have the same problem, an infinite loop of disconnect-reconnect device. and guess what is your fucking software! and another guess what, i see reporting's on this problem from 2017...or maybe earlier and you, Razer, didn't do shit about your software. after trying them on all kind of devices that i own, personal laptop, personal computer, another personal laptop, ps4, ps5, work computer i figured is your fucking piece of shit software that is the problem and the the actual headset. - on PS4 no problem- why? because we don't have your FUKING software installed or trying to install. - on PS5 no problem- why? the same, no FUKING razer software installed or trying to install. after these tests i thought that it may be related to my win 10 computers, but i decided to try them on my work laptop. FUKING SURPRISE! they work, but how do they work?! you may ask because for damn sure you, razer, QA, DEV, support, PO, PMO, have no fucking clue. they work for the same reason they work on PS4 and PS5 and probably any other device on which you cannot install/try to install your FUKING joke of a software, BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE RIGHTS ON MY USER TO INSTALL YOUR JOKE OF A WANNA BE SOFTWARE. It's obviously you don't give a fuck about your customers since this is a problem from more than 4 years ago, and i really don't expect any resolution on this ticket because you'll look at your script (yeah, you who will be assigned on this ticket) and you'll ask, did you have the latest software installed?! and of curse you cannot think outside of the box and next on your script is to reinstall the software. Anyway, I'll just start a class action suit, cuz for god sake, there are thousands of posts online asking for a solution and a fix from razer but you guys just don't give a fuck. and guess what?! this is not only related to this product, is most of your products. you guys should just make mock-ups, because they look good and work like a 99 cent product. i think i just figured out, you should be a concept company, and your main advertising should be, "You want a nice looking "gaming" peripherical device? Buy now, they will not work but they definitely look nice as fuck!"
