Razer software using all cpu and WMI

I have been having issues with my CPU lately and when I opened task manager, I noticed WMI taking about 60 percent of my CPU...then I learned that the Razer software was the real culprit (also taking 15 percent or more), constantly requesting a large amount of information from WMI providers … and thanks to that, I was using 98 percent of my i7-6700k while being idle. So I uninstalled the Razer software and it ended a week of frustrating CPU usage. Now everything is back to normal. Is this a known issue? Is this shady or just a bug?

Hmm. Did the issue resurface when you installed Synapse back?
