I bought a new Razer Stealth 13 GTX which arrived 5 days ago. Last night I noticed that there was no audio coming from the left speaker. I tried adjusting the stereo balance in Windows 10, but the balance is centered and when I move it all the way to the left, there's no sound at all, so it seems likely that this is a hardware issue.
Is this a known issue? Obviously the laptop is still under warranty so I can send it back for repair, but I'd rather avoid that if there's anything else I can try?

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Blade 13's concern on our Support board. Does the issue happen on all audio-related programs or while playing a media on web-based music and video players?
It happens on all audio-related programs. When I connect to an external display (e.g. my living room TV) via thunderbolt + HDMI, the audio signal comes through in full stereo as expected.

I see. Thanks for letting me know. Please send me a PM together with your laptop's serial number. Let's continue from there.
