I just got the Razer Stream controller. The lightroom profile does not work. I found an article online from loupdeck which pointed to a lightroom-loupdeck plugin to be installed into lightroom. I downloaded the file but it wont install into lightroom.
Any ideas on how to get the lightroom profile to work? At present none of the buttons do anything.

I have found the solution to this problem. I uninstalled the loupdeck software that installed via Razer Synapse and then went to the loupdeck website and downloaded the software and reinstalled it from the loupdeck website. Now everything works as it should
