Razer support for INDIA is the worst, never in my life I am buying a razer product ever again, and I will make sure people who I know never buy Razer again. The products ALWAYS come with some defects and when try to get RMA for the same they refer to ACRO RMA which is in plain simple words a thieving company, I bought a Basilisk Ultimate and sent it out to them to get a replacement and its been over a month, I keep calling and most of the times they did not pick up and if they pick up they just hang up right on my face, somehow after repeatedly calling they said basilisk ultimate is not in stock so they will replace with Viper V2 Pro and they will ship it out next day once I confirmed, I called 7 days later, after trying to call them 14 times they picked up and said Viper V2 Pro is also not available and they will send a mouse to me once it is available and hung up right on my face, I kept requesting for updating the same over email they keep saying yes we will send an email and days pass by no emails come from them. This is just disgusting, worst company ever, I hope nobody buys Razer product anymore, at least not in INDIA. HORRIBLE!!!!!!
