I need help . I have all razer products. basilisk mouse, the giant mousepad i forgot name, and keyboard plus krakem v3 pro headset which i am having enormous problems with it. constant disocnnects low batter life after being fully charged.. I've already returned it 2x thinking the ones I got were lemons. but what the heck is up with this head seat ...please help

Did you already try the steps here for further isolation? If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and look for other steps to help you resolve the connection issue of your Razer Kraken V3 Pro headset.
