I bought Razer Huntsman keyboard from online shopping store and 03.06.2020 i registered my product. When i opened keyboard's box i got suspect because before buying i watched many videos about it on youtube (include opening box videos) and in all opening box videos keyboard's box inside color is black but when i opened my box inside color was cardboard color. I send an mail to Razer Support with picture of box and i asked is this normal, is my product orginal? it was 11 days ago, still no answer then i send mail again and i asked what happened to my question? it was 4 days ago now im so regret buying Razer because now im wondering if anything happen to my keyboard what am i going to do because simply Razer Support not even give any answer to me days and there is not have services or support in my country. İf something happen and my keyboard got broke what am i going to do? For some people this keyboard maybe cheap but US dollar vs Turkis Lira it's not cheap. I really need help about how im going to use warranty if something happen to my keyboard.

Hi there! Thanks for the sharing your inquiry on our support board. As long as the product has a valid serial number, it's covered by Razer's limited warranty. Please keep in mind that Razer does not ship to your country. The warranty claim/replacement should be given to you by your reseller. That's why we recommend keeping the device's proof of purchase.
