My Blade 14” 2022 bricked last month and wouldn’t turn on, I sent my laptop in for repair after they promised a 3-5 day turnaround window thinking I'll have it back before i get back from vacation. They got the laptop on June 8th and the 5 business days pass, I email them to make sure everything is ok and they respond with, “It’s taking longer than expected, we’re missing one of the parts to complete your repair”. Fine, shit happens whatever but they never notified me that it was going to take longer than expected without me following up.

Since then I've been requesting a proper update from them for a timeline of the repair or alternative options and and all I've gotten are vague, repetitive responses from DIFFERENT support agents. Every email tells me they're "monitoring my case" and that it's a "priority," but there's been zero progress. Last Friday, the support team told me that their “Internal” Support team would call me to provide alternative options but then straight up never called… How are they allowed to play with peoples time like this. 

I use the laptop for work and i need it back, I’ve had nothing but issues with the laptop. I wont be buying another laptop from razer again and you definitely shouldn't either. 

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GET THEIR 14” laptops, my laptop was never able to maintain proper cooling and overheated consistently. They are not built for longevity.
