Razer support is currently broken

Ive been trying to sumbit a ticket to get a replacement spacebar for my blackwidow elite because the paint on the abs cap has already started fading even after barely a month of use and i bought the keyboard new off Amazon, but every time i try to submit the ticket it says "network error" when my internet is totally fine obviously because i am posting here just fine. I tried for 2 hours with no avail and finally decided to post this here. anyone else having this problem? ive been a die hard razer fan for many years but this is really turning me off from the whole thing. maybe i should have gotten a k95 at least corsairs support system works..
