Razer support is the worst ive come across

Yes i no things aren't quiet right with the virus but ill never buy another razer product, been waiting and waiting well over a week and still no response from the online support message service, i made a new case and was answered in a few days but told them i already had a case number and nothing back , then contacted the rma department who then asked me to confirm my details etc and then nothing back ?
