Viper Ultimate dongle is done and can't get another. Also can't contact support thru the site to figure out a solution because it does nothing when choosing Periferal, then mouse and typing serial number and hitting submit. What do i need to do to start a claim??
Have had device 5 mo and has been a good product, but for $150 this hurts
