I preordered a 2021 Razer blade 15 advanced which was scheduled to ship on March 3. 1 week before that date, I contacted support to make sure that it was still on track. The agent wasn't sure and gave me some BS runaround and when I asked to cancel my order, he then said that it will be guaranteed to ship on March 3. On March 3, I get an email saying that the ship date is now March 19. When I contacted support, they tell me that they're not sure what's going on and felt sorry for the miscommunication, and would get back to me. They promised an email but it took forever which gave me no insight into the status of my order. They simply said that they are still investigating. RAZER is simply STALLING and LYING to customers to prevent order cancelations. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with for simple order status. JUST TELL THE F'IN TRUTH! Just tell your customers that there is a semiconductor shortage and that all orders are bottlenecked. Don't lie to your customers and stall. I need the laptop before March 19 given my travel plans and if it hasn't ship they won't even let me cancel. One of the agents even said that you can't cancel a preorder. If that's the case, then fucking deliver it on time and stop lying.
72hrs since multiple tickets and no response from razer. I've never had such a hard time cancelling an order form something that has not yet been shipped.
