Razer Support not doing anything

I filed for an Advance Replacement of my Razer Kraken TE in November 2022.  I sent in my headset in November 2022 and still have not received a replacement.  Razer support is no longer answering my emails.  My headset is still under warranty.

I need a Razer Support Phone number to escalate my case but I can’t find one.
