I have recently had problems with my Deathadder elite specifically both the side buttons stopped working due to a hardware issue. I sorted getting a replacement with support and told me to either ship it or cut the cable. I decided to cut the cable as that would be quickest but now i'm not so sure. I sent them the correct photos with the cable cut like described but it has been 5 days and i have still had no response. I currently have no mouse for my PC so this is really frustrating. I have sent them another email 2 days ago with still no response. Does anyone know why this could be and what i should do?
