So 6 days ago I bought a new keyboard(the Razer Ornata Chroma) and I had problems siging in with my razerID. The letters wont get typed if I try to type on my keyboard. So after this problem occurred I messaged Razer Support to get help. They responded quickly (roughly in 26 hours) and said I had to give some more info (where I bought the keyboard, synapse version and many other things) I did the most basic thing and filled all the info with an video attached to my email with the problem and send it as an reply to the razer support. After 3 days I get an email and it said I haven't said anything in the recent 3 days, what was really strange. I checked if I actually send the email to my Razer Support Provider and I actually send the email. I was confused. Please help me out I cant login in my synapse3 to save everything I make with my keyboard and I want my bonuses!
