I have a problem in that my new laptop had a defective LCD so I sent it back for warranty repair, the laptop has been with razer for over a month since they received it in early August when the issue first began, there is still no estimated date for when this is going to be fixed, I feel I need to elevate this to get it done in a timely fashion (I need it now and they know this!) can anybody advise who I can contact within razer to get a replacement laptop or refund immediately?

I cannot find anything other than the contact I currently have who are failing to respond to this request and they are not giving me a solution yet. Does anybody know of a way that I can elevate this within razer and get it sorted? URGENTLY
