Razer Support Razer Assist loop

I’m stuck in some stupid loop with the AI, and it won’t start a conversation with an agent. I was chatting with one already, but a local storm caused enough of a disruption to power to cause the lights to flicker and restart my modem. Now, I can’t get past the AI to be able to chat with an agent again.

You can also submit a support ticket here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support. Once there, navigate to "Contact Razer Support," then select "PC Products," followed by "Peripherals," and finally enter your device's serial number.
