Case # 241113-003418 failing to respond even after I got a police report and all other information asked for. Your team needs better customer service. This is a 200 gold dollar card and I want this fixed now.

You sold me a card that was already activated right after the sale, I didn’t even have time to drive home and your team has these timestamps on the receipt and the time it was used, which should be evidence enough, but you forced me to get a police report so I did along with the receipt and fraudulent card.

You are dragging this out unnecessarily and your customer service is non-existent.
