Whenever i try to visit the main support site

I get automatically forwarded to:

https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support/



So i am unable to get to the Email/Chat/Phone options.



Is this normal?
Yes, you will have to select the contact reason. After that, you may be asked to ender an order number or a serial number, but you will be given a few options to contact our Support Team. Feel free to send me a message if you need further assistance.
