I know that it says there would be longer wait times due to corona, but I've been waiting two weeks for any sort of response to my case. Is everyone experiencing wait times like this? Even if they just sent out emails every few days acknowledging that my case is still open and they're getting to it.



I read on the forums that they can send restore flash drives to you in case you cant use your restore point that came with the laptop. I'm just kinda sitting here twiddling my thumbs waiting for a response that doesn't seem to be coming. the chat is hopeless and calling just dumps me into an infinite wait pool.



Should I just check back in in a couple months?
