Hello So short long story I bought a kiyo streaming camera and since I opened it the camera does not in any way or form connect to my laptop it doesn’t show any signs of life at all whatsoever I tried all the online troubleshooting steps and the ones on your website but nothing seems to work I emailed the support using the app and my item is registered on the website but nothing no replies at all. If anyone has any tips on how to get a response from them pls help me out
