So i recive this morning my blackshark X v2 and the code inside of the package don't work with the application the headset was buy in amazon yesterday

Double check that you are not mixing up letters and numbers, like~~~ 'O', '0': 'O' for Oscar or number 0 'I', 'l': Capital 'I' for India or lower case 'l' for Lema. But then again all letters are capital cases. Try using English US keyboard format We have seen in the past where other English keyboards do not work. If it still does not work, wait for one of the official RAZER support to get through to you through this thread and, prepare the followings~~~
  • Name
  • S/N
  • P/N
  • Photo of proof of purchase (legal receipt)
  • Photo of activation code
  • Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
