I've recently got my kraken x headphones so I've also decided to download surround sound to activate it but then surround sound wont open or nothing will pop up, It said I have to go and log in; so I did but after that nothing happens, when I check the bottom right of the task bar well there it is, running.

Anything I can do to fix this?pls help
