Razer Surround Issue

I have installed Razer Surround 7.1 for my Kraken X Lite and for some reason the software will not work. It was working perfectly fine in my other pc but when trying to download it my new pc it isn't working. The program installs perfectly fine but the menu doesn't appear on the screen. The program appears in the system tray but when I left click it pops up with my username and everything else is black and when I right click it gives me the option to log out or exit. Can anybody help? Thanks
