Razer Surround Key Missing?

So i bought and registered my Razer Kraken Pro V2's a long while ago and when trying to move over to synapse 3.0 from 2.0, it required me to enter a key for the new surround software? I got no code in the box when i got my headset and it has been registered on my account for a long time, but I've gotten no email about a key. Have i just not qualified to get one?
