Razer Surround pro key activation issue.

Hi all, I disinstalled the program a few days ago, now I reinstalled and I can't activate the software because I need the activation code. As I can see I have warranty status on my 2 devices: Razer kraken pro and Razer Nommo. How I can activate again Surround Pro? (sorry for my english, it's not my first language)

unfortunatly razer synapse 2 wont work on windows 2004 (loads of white noise and static) but it does work on windows 10 build 1909 and when you log in it will automaticaly start .the new new 7.1 will load on windows 10 but it wont accept your codes (and therefore not work). if you have a mouse it used to be automatically found by windows 10 build 1909 and download and install the software but windows 10 build 2004 wont so you have to search for SurroundSoundInstaller_v1.0.129.165 and do a manual installer. hope this helps you and others
