Razer Surround Pro not crackling since windows 10 2004 update

Hello everyone, As the title says, and I know I'm not the only one having this problem, since the 2004 windows 10 update, when the surround pro is active, the sound is crackling. I tried reinstalling, modifying every options etc... but I can't fix it. Also when I move the razer synapse window, it has like a delay, like if the window was really heavy for the mouse, it's quite strange. Thanks for the help.

I have the same problem, using Surround with my Astro A50's, or my desktop speakers for that matter. The only two things I have found to fix the crackle is to simply turn it off, or download/install/run and minimize a mobile game launching program called BlueStacks. I have no idea what kind of Voodoo that application has brewed. But, if you run that app while using Surround, the crackle does not exist. Unfortunately, this is the ONLY workaround I have found thus far.
