Razer Surround sound 7.1 Will not show up [BlackShark v2 X]

Despite setting up the 7.1 Surround sound, it just will not show up for some reason. any ideas why?

Please make sure to follow the instruction from this article as your guide activate and use 7.1 Surround Sound. If the same problem persists, you can send me a PM  with the headset serial number so I can verify its model and check for other workarounds. All the best!
