Razer Surround sound app boost volume of apps after I turn them down.

So basically when I lower any game/program volume(in-app) it gets quieter for 2-3 seconds like I wanted then it gradually gets louder to the point it was at. Its frustrating when chatting on Discord and can't lower game volume to hear my friends. I hope this gets fixed soon.
