Razer Surround Sound App Not Opening

Ok, so I recently got my Razer Kraken X headphones and downloaded the software and registered the surround sound for it. When I close the app and try to go back into it, nothing happens. If I go into task manager it shows that it is running but the app itself doesn't open. I also went into the files for it and looked at the logs and it said that it couldn't find a "file" that it needed to run. I was wondering if anyone could help me fix this issue!
