Razer Surround sound stuck


I try to login to the 7.1 surround sound app.  I put in my login info and it gets stuck on “Logging you in” for hours. Anyone have a solution?

Да у меня такая же проблема пытаюсь зайти в свой аккаунт пишет выполнения входа и на этом как бы всё уже так 2 дня


I just started having the same problem a few days ago as well. At first, it wasn’t letting me switch the device used in the surround sound app that converts it to surround sound so I deleted the app and re-installed it. Then, it wouldn’t let me log in and the problem is still occurring. Sitting on the same “Logging you in” screen.

I’m not sure how to fix it, but I’ll keep you updated if I find out. I’d appreciate it if you replied to me or something if you find a solution as well.

I reinstalled the software and everything seems to be working. Maybe its just a turn it off and then on again until it works.

Did you reinstall all of software or just 7.1 surround sound? I have the same problem. Can someone help?

Now I wanted to try the new headphones I bought, but I couldn’t enter the 7.1 Surround Sound program; it freezes at the login stage. I already regret buying these headphones.

I am having the same issue trying to log into Razer Synapse.  Stuck on “logging you in”. Anyone figure this out? I’m about to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if that does anything.

Glad to know its not just me. I just bought the Kraken headset today and the Surround Sound app is stuck on “Logging you in...” :/


I managed solve this problem. I found old version app (download in 2022), uninstal cuerent version app and instal that what im found. It worked for me
