I’ve installed the new Razer Synapse 4, both Synapse and Chroma app are installed
However, trying to launch them I got a failure.
Synapse, Installation failed:
Chroma app: failed to start
Troubleshooting steps already done:
- removed the old Synapse app
- cleared the program folder and registry entries
- deleted the windows service (it’s not listed anymore)
- rebooted the pc
- installed the app from scratch with admin rights
It’s a windows 10 computer, and I’ve a Razer Cynosa Chroma keyboard, that should be supported by Synapse 4 accordingly with the FAQ page.
How can I have the app working again?
