razer synapase 2 connection issues

hi! i have a macbook and i just bought the kitty kraken headset, i am trying to connect my headset to the synapase but it never shows up, i have restarted my computer several times and there is no update available. i also have a razer mouse and that had no issues connecting to the synapase. if anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated c: thanks
