Razer synapce windows error and reload
Hello. Can't install razer synapce for Basilisk V2. When I instal the program windows open blue desktop and reload. What I can do?

What Windows OS are you using?
Judging by the background, it looks like you are using a windows 7
If you are using Windows 10, make sure your Windows 10 is fully updated before installing the latest Synapse 3.0 software.
