I understand that Razer Synapse 4 and the Chroma app are crashing every time you try to open them. To narrow this down further, could you please let me know:
1. Does the crash happen immediately on launch, or after a few seconds?
2. Are you seeing any error message at all before it closes?
3. If you have access to another computer, have you tried installing and opening Synapse there to see if the issue persists on a different PC?
