razer synapes not opening

hi , I had a trouble last week by changing my laptop so I had to reinstall razer synapes .Then after logging in and doing the required updates it just didn't lunch .I uninstalled the pilots and reinstalled the synapes but the same problem keeps following me. I have a kraken 7.1 chroma it's working fine, but I need the software so I can change the mic settings and stuff... Hope you help me. Thanks.
