razer synapse 2.0 cannot connect to server

Since two days ago I couldn't do open the Synapse 2.0, I reinstalled three times but the result is the same "Network Unavailable", I've use Synapse 2.0 for 4 years e now I can't use more my Nostromo. Please, does someone know the reason for this? Windows 10 Pro.
