I have a Razer Ornata Keyboard (which utilises Synapse 2.0) and a recently bought Blackshark V2X headset (using Surround 7.1 software). Whenever snyapse 2.0 starts up, or any changes is made in Synapse 2.0 software (for example, keyboard light level changes, or binding new functions to keyboard keys), the audio for 7.1 becomes sluggish with static noises, effect similar to as if you're watching a video and your internet can't keep up with the streaming so it just lags.
If I'm not using 7.1 though, there is no such problem with the audio.
Problem can be fixed by disabling 7.1 and reenabling 7.1 in WIndows Sound Control, but as it stands, I'm going to have to do that every time I switch profiles in my Synapse software, or forgo using one of the two softwares.

Did you try clean reinstalling the Razer Synapse 2.0? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM including your computer's MSinfo and Synapse 3.0 logs. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your message. I’ll be locking this thread now to divert our conversation privately.
