Razer Synapse 2.0 is not getting installed.

I tried uninstalling all of Razor products - Synapse 3 and Cortex. Deleted all the folder in the hard drive containing Razer. I followed the instructions as mentioned on the Razer support to uninstall and reinstall Synapse. after installing the Synpase 3 installer and all the essential packages installed. Everything was running fine.. Then when i attached my Orochi mouse which uses Sypase 2.0. i saw that icon showing up in the Synapse 3.0 dashboard. I clicked the link to download and install the Sypanse 2 but this is what i get when running the installer (picture attached) I get some message with "" (blank quotes) i go thru the whole installation but after its done, the software is not installed and if its installed its not working. anyone facing this kind of issue? what is the solution to fix this?
