After getting off support, I decided to re-install Synapse 2.0 for the 5th time tonight. This time the app crashed and I could not open the app, and it eventually crashed, when looking at the task manager, Synapse 2.0 was throttling my CPU and the support person said it was a mechanical issue... The app lags and doesn't work at all for me, and causes the peripherals to lag on my keyboard, I have a hard time dragging the app around without it lagging behind. Any help?
