If you have a Razer product that requires the version 2 drivers and the install fails because the installer can’t find “Razer Synapse 2.0.msi” try the following:

During the initial install step, the installer flashes up a message to the effect that it is extracting files. If you are really quick then you will see it has extracted the above file. DO NOT PRESS NEXT.

Open explorer and search for “Razer Synapse 2.0.msi” on “This PC”. Copy the file to your desktop. Continue with the install. When the installer asks for the file you can now use the browse option to go find it.

EXCEPTION

If you have more than one account and you are not logged in as the administrator, you may find that the file has been extracted to the administrator’s temp directory (C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Razer), making it impossible to access without your admin password.

I’ve spent about a week updating from Windows 11 21H2 to 24H2. The worst I’ve encountered and I started with Win 3.1. Among many problems, I kept getting a Blue Screen caused by rzudd.sys. Searches confirmed it’s a Razer driver. I uninstalled and reinstalled Razer 2.0 (Black Widow Ultimate 2013) and it still happened. I noticed I had two Razer Install files in my Install folder, both v2.21.24.41, but Properties showed one had a later revision date, so I used that and deleted the first. It worked, until I encountered the missing Razer Synapse 2.0.msi file. Even though I cancelled those popups, Razer installed, updated, and rebooted. No more BSOD screens, but the prompt to find the .msi file came up at each reboot. Back to searching and I found your suggested fix. It worked!
