About a week ago I started up my PC with Razer Synapse 2.0 launching on startup, as usual, however, I could not log into the software (and still can't).
I have been using it for literally years and have been able to log in fine. I also use Synapse 3.0 for a couple of my other peripherals and can log into that fine.
After entering my account details in says "Verifying your account" for a couple of minutes and then says "Network not available".
I've restarted the software, I've run it as admin and I even reinstalled it, so I am not sure what else to try.
Any suggestions are welcome, I have submitted a ticket to their support team, but understandably they are a little late to responses right now.
