Razer Synapse 2.0 not recognizing razer naga epic chroma

As the title says, razer synapse 2.0 is not recognizing my mouse. I did follow the troubleshooting steps on the reader website such as uninstalling drivers etc. and reinstalling Razer synapse 2.0 is another hassle because 9/10 times it gives .msi file not found error. Razer synapse 3.0 sometimes recognizes my mouse.

    I am having the same issue except I don't even get an error message. Synapse 2.0 doesn't recognize my mouse at all. Synapse 3.0 won't open at all on my PC, no error message. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling both versions with no success. I have the Razer Atheris mouse.

    *The usual response but still* Razer synapse 3.0 used to not open but doing a clean install did fix all my problems with Razer synapse 3.0. At least it is not as buggy as synapse 2.0
